Yoga is a profound science which approaches overall human wellbeing. It goes about paying attention to the body, mind, emotions and evolves our life energies. If all this aspects are well balanced and aligned life opens up the way we could never imagine possible. In wellbeing classes we support people in reaching their goals toward comfortable and joyful life so that it becomes possible to focus on higher goals.


3 sessions x 1.45 hours

Especially designed for pregnant women help them develop awareness of their special state and teach them how to keep their body, mind and emotions in balance. This practice will also benefit the child.

Weight reduction

This program can be attended in different health conditions and age. By doing effective practices the whole complex of weight gain reasons is addressed and gets balanced.

Eye care

This program helps to keep eyes healthy also develops better vision to those wearing glasses. We learn set of practices for neck, spine, eye muscles followed by relaxation and energizing.

Cleansing (Jala Neti)

It relieves asthma, cold, allergies (rhinitis and hay fever), sinusitis, calms and activates nervous system in a big way. Relieves headaches, improves quality of sleep.

Practices given in these classes are created based on guidelines given by Sadhguru. These practices give great support in regaining good health, flexibility and rejuvenate human system. We can create specific modules for individual cases.
